ant-contrib has been failing to build on Gump since early July and I
finally got around to trying to track down the cause. The failure
appears to be related to rev 675931 which is associated with IVY-849.  
In that revision, the inheritance of org.apache.ivy.ant.IvyConfigure
was changed and somehow the setId() method (and possibly others) were
dropped.
