Hi,

Final testing on Windows XP SP2:
- Java 5 FileUtils.testHasErrorInCase fails
- Java 1.4 FileUtils.testHasErrorInCase fails
- Java 1.3 doesn't build as the activation.jar is compiled with 1.4
(blame Sun for that)
