The vote has passed with five +1s (Kevin, Bruce, Peter, Conor and
myself) and no -1s.

I'll now proceed with publishing all the files, updating the download
pages and will allow the mirrors a few hours / maybe a day to pick up
the changes before I send out the announce email.
