The ssh server has a PATH compiled into it. You probably want to source your
.profile first in the command attribute.

<sshexec host="192.168.112.121" username="username"
password="password" command=". ~/.profile ; cd /home/source/engineering/main
/csrc; ./
configure; make all"/>
