Due to a bug in the Weblogic wlwBuild task (it doesn't matter what the
bug is), I'm trying to figure out how I can do a simple text
transformation on every line of a text file. In particular, I need to
remove the first two characters from every line of a file. It's simply
a question of whether it's easier to develop a workaround or work with
BEA to get a fix for the bug. If doing this transformation is easy to
do (I don't see how to do it), then I'll settle for this for now and
work with BEA in the background.
